Hyperspace Works offers custom 3D printed products. All products are made to order and may have slight variations due to the nature of 3D printing technology.

• Colors may appear different on different screens
• Custom orders are non-refundable unless defective
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. By placing an order, you agree to pay:

• The total amount displayed at checkout
• Applicable taxes
• Shipping fees (free shipping on orders over $100)

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit cards and digital wallets. Payment is required at the time of order placement.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed:

• You will receive an order confirmation email
• Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days
• You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information
• Custom orders may take longer and you will be notified of the expected timeline

We reserve the right to cancel orders if products are out of stock, if we've detected fraud, or for other legitimate reasons. You will receive a full refund if we cancel your order.

Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping times vary by location:

• Standard shipping: 5-10 business days
• Free shipping on orders over $100
• International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes

Returns and Refunds

Every 3D printed item goes through our quality assurance process before pickup or delivery. Our return policy:

• Non-customized products: 30-day return window for any reason
• Customized products (custom colors, custom text engraving, etc.): Non-returnable unless defective or affected by a quality issue
• Defective or quality-issue products: Full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective
