We want you to love your 3D printed items! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging (if applicable)
• Proof of purchase or order number

Note: Custom-engraved or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

Return Process

1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll provide a return authorization and instructions
3. Ship the item back to us (return shipping costs apply)
4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund

Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges
