Return Policy

Every 3D printed item goes through our quality assurance process before pickup. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for non-customized items for any reason.

Eligible Returns

  • Non-customized items: Return within 30 days of delivery for any reason
  • Customized items (custom colors, custom text engraving, etc.): Non-returnable unless there is a defect or quality issue
  • Proof of purchase or order number

Note: If a customized item arrives with a defect or quality issue, contact us and we'll make it right.

Return Process

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll provide a return authorization and instructions
  3. Arrange local dropoff or pickup of the item
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund

Since we only offer local pickup/dropoff, returns can be coordinated for convenient local exchange.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, or notice a quality issue, please contact us immediately with photos. This includes customized products. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

Need a different size or variant? Contact us and we'll help arrange an exchange based on availability.
