What materials do you use for 3D printing?
We primarily use high-quality PLA (Polylactic Acid), a durable and eco-friendly plastic. For items that require food-safe properties, we offer food-safe coating options.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Each item is custom 3D printed to order. Processing takes 3-5 business days, plus 5-7 days for shipping. Total delivery time is typically 8-12 business days.
Can I customize my order?
Yes! Many of our products offer customization options including size, theme, and add-ons like custom engraving. Select your preferences on the product page.
Are your products dishwasher safe?
Standard PLA items should be hand-washed only. For drinkware like tankards, we recommend ordering the food-safe coating add-on for best results.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
Yes! For bulk orders or wholesale inquiries, please contact us through our contact page with your requirements.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, production begins and changes cannot be made. Contact us as soon as possible if needed.
What are your environmental practices?
We use PLA, which is made from renewable resources like corn starch. We minimize waste through efficient printing and recycle failed prints when possible.
How do I care for my 3D printed items?
Keep items away from direct heat and sunlight. Clean with mild soap and water. Avoid dishwashers and harsh chemicals. Proper care ensures your items last for years.
